Don Miggs Pedalboard v.2
MONDAY, JANUARY 23, 2012
This is a pedalboard that I did for Don Miggs, lead singer and guitarist of MIGGS:
http://www.miggsmusic.com
Don wanted to update his pedalboard and go with a programmable unit (MusicomLab MKIII) to control the entire rig as well as add more modeling pedals with MIDI capability to give him more options with a smaller footprint.
INTERFACE
Vertex Tri-Buffer (single input buffer and dual output buffers for amplifiers A and B), and a wireless insert (in case Don wants to use a wireless system he can plug into the insert which will bypass the normal guitar input).
POWER SUPPLIES
Voodoo Lab Pedal Power 2+
Voodoo Lab Pedal Power Digital
ORDER OF EFFECTS
INTERFACE (input buffer), Vertex Axis Wah, MUSICOMLAB MKIII (L1 Vertex BC109 Fuzz, L2 MXR Dyna Comp, L3 Fulltone OCD, L4 Fulltone Fulldrive 2, L5 Eventide ModFactor, L6 Strymon Timeline, L7 Strymon Blue Sky Reverb, L8 Amp B), INTERFACE (dual output buffers for Amp A and Amp B)
*Eventide ModFactor and Strymon Timeline are both wired for MIDI.
*BOSS FV-500L is inserted into the MusicomLab between loop 5 and 6.
*Loop 8 is used as an A/B between Don's two amplifiers (Morgan 30/800 and a Divided by 13)
*Tuner is wired in the MUTE Loop
*Vertex BC109 Fuzz has a high impedance pickup load simulator on the input to make the fuzz react the same way it would without a buffer in front of it.
